Why use the AUSA library of things?

- Expand your skills: access tools and equipment to learn new skills and pursue your interests.
How to use the 'Library of Things'
- Register with your University of Aberdeen-issued email and browse our catalogue to reserve the items you need. Then simply pick them up from the Student Union office and return them when you are done. It's that easy!
- Please note that all students and staff must place reservations using their official university-designated email address. Reservations made with personal or non-university email accounts may be declined and automatically cancelled.
Waiver & Safety Video Required for Higher-Risk Items
To help ensure safe use, some higher-risk items require additional checkout steps. Before borrowing these items, you must watch a brief instructional video on proper use and sign a waiver acknowledging you understand the safety guidelines and accept responsibility for using the item safely.
