Use this page to book either:

• a quick chat with a Tool Library admin (help, questions, eligibility, returns, faults, etc.), or
  
• an appointment to obtain a My Oovi device (device handover and set‑up).

• want help finding the right item for your project,
  
• need to check availability or borrowing rules, 
  
• have questions about waivers for high-risk items, 
  
• need to report a problem, 
  
• aren’t sure whether you should book a My Oovi appointment. 

What we can do in a quick chat :

• Answer questions and walk you through the borrowing process
  
• Help you plan what to borrow and when 
  
• Explain what to bring and what to expect at collection for high-risk item collection 
  
• Troubleshoot issues with an item you’ve borrowed. 

Please include in your booking notes 

• What you need help with (and any item names if relevant)
  
• Your preferred contact method (in person/email) 
  
• Any deadlines (e.g., project date)
